The broken Guinevere was finished directly from the rough, by erasing and adding more strokes. The waving Guinevere is based on a shot from Episode 1, with a closer focus on the hand. In reality, I drew a much wider area than what's shown.

The rough sketch for this piece. I based the design on round shapes, aiming for better readability, and tried making the halo glow red to help guide the viewer's eye.

Here's a work-in-progress image, shared once in a while. For simple compositions, I sometimes test the light source after bringing the piece to a fairly polished state. Even if I plan to crop it, I draw the area outside the frame too, to keep the drawing accurate.
