CW: machine internals I love doing these internal anatomy design/diagram comms. It satisfies my inner creature designer & anatomy nerd! Mechanical design is not my forte but it was a fun challenge. This gorgeous gryph automaton Tyx belongs to @inkdropleopard.bsky.social

A side cross-section of the major internal anatomy of a magical golden gryphon steampunk automaton. Her nervous system is comprised of a bronze colored mechanical geared brain, copper wires as nerves extending from her golden spine, and eyes with glowing magical flames. Her respiratory system has grey piping like a trachea from her throat to her "lungs" which are tan bellows which send air to her furnace/heart. Her digestive system has grey rubbery tubing & organs for her esophagus, crop, stomach, small intestines, and large intestine. She has a bladder-like extra fuel resevoir with glowing royal purple fuel that has been created by stomach contents that were transformed inside a royal purple crystal powered structure, with black tubing that sprays fuel into her furnace. Steam-lines travel throughout her body like arteries and veins. She has a rubbery grey vagina with purple lubricant lines inside, with a round metal-door cervix, grey womb, a flexible silver attachment tube/cord inside, & similarly tubed uterine tubes & a purple & gold ovaries with faintly glowing eggs inside.
