It’s so good! I’m also such a sucker for an in-depth world.

Seriously don’t understand how House of Sky and Breath is the least popular of the series cause wow! Loved all the world building and it was exactly what I craved. Also the mind blowing connection SJM weaved in had me SCREAMING. 🤯🤯 So good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #booksky #SJM #CrescentCity

I don’t understand how people could hate the second book of the Crescent City series. It’s so good and I’m obsessed with the world building. I was hoping to get more insight of Lunathion and just love learning more about the different areas and races. #booksky #CrescentCity #SJM

OMG this was incredible. The graphic audio completely pulled me in and made the story feel so alive. The world-building is amazing and unique, and I’m obsessed with Bryce. Emotional, addictive, and so worth it. I can’t wait to continue this series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #booksky #bookreview #sjm #CrescentCity

This year has been focused on creativity. Started a fundamentals in drawing class earlier this year and it’s really helped me to get back to my creative roots. This morning I used Pinterest to find reference photos of eyes and I’m highkey obsessed with the heartbroken eyes. #drawsky #digitalart

Stylized black and white cartoon eyes with heart-shaped pupils that appear cracked down the center like broken hearts. Thick lashes frame the eyes, and glossy tears drip from the lower lids.

Black and white sketch of two realistic eyes with thick eyebrows and long lashes on a plain background. The eyes look forward with a neutral expression.

First graphic audiobook and now I get the hype. Went into Shield of Sparrows blind and loved it. Odessa and Ransom’s slow-burn romance was so satisfying, the monster attacks kept things exciting, and the cast was incredible. Eve and Xavier’s moments had me SOBBING. Can’t wait for book two. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally forced myself to listen to an audiobook. I chose a graphic audio and I’m loving it. I tried doing a regular audiobook earlier but I was honestly so bored listening to someone just reading the pages. So grateful for Libby.

I’ll be posting a little review when I’m done. It’s not bad but I’m worried it’s predictable, but tbh I usually think o figured it out and her twists always prove me wrong. 😅

Pushing through my slump and finishing the last Freida McFadden book I picked up. The only thing bugging me is the fact it’s reading so much like psycho. #booksky #thrillers

My partner got me a Pink Toe Tarantula! Meet Dumpling 🥹 We don’t know if they’re a boy or a girl yet, but I figured the pink bow suited their pink toes. #tarantula #pinktoetarantula

I miss my mom so much… She was my number one fan…

Screenshot of a text conversation with my mom. I tell her I downloaded an app and mention starting the second book in an eight-book series. She replies, “8 books. Wow! Good luck. I look forward to seeing the reviews. Even though I have no idea what you’re talking about. I like watching what you have to say. 😘” The exchange shows her constant support and encouragement.

Never read a Colleen Hoover book, & was hesitant to when recommended Verity, but wow was it good. Started the book Tuesday, 09/09, & finished it today. I just couldn’t put it down & it had me at the edge of my seat. I wonder if she has any other thrillers cause this pleasantly surprised me.

I think what also gives me the ick is the fact that this book was written by a mother and daughter. Now you may be asking, why are you still reading it? Well tbh I’m invested. It’s so bad it’s good. I just need to know what’s going on.

TikTok has influenced me to check out indie author Charlotte Swan’s Kiss From A Monster Series. Love the art that was included and she even signed the book. Keep an eye out for my thoughts on the short stories. #booksky #monstersmut

A copy of the book titled “Kiss From a Monster Series: Volume One” by Charlotte Swan is centered on a carpeted floor. Surrounding the book are several illustrated art prints depicting intimate scenes between humans and various fantasy or monster-like creatures, featuring bold, colorful, and sensual styles. Almost done with Betrayed by PC & Kristin Cast & I have some thoughts: 1. Why Stevie Rae?! 😭 2. Neferet is so SUSS. 👀 3. Zoey better not mess this thing she has with Erik. He is too good for her. 4. Heath needs to stop. I get he’s imprinted but it’s not gonna work. 5. Where’s Loren? #booksky
