🚨 Louisiana providers: Beginning 1/1/2027, newly-enacted SB 465 will shorten insurer claim response times and reduce the recoupment/retroactive denial period from 18 to 12 months. A win for providers that means faster decisions, greater payment certainty, and less admin burden.
