The Shadow on the Nest, by Always Dawn Johnson in Uncanny. A fascinating take on reincarnation, when longevity increases after WWIII lead people to remember the lives of the dead. It's about poetry and war and power and desire and grief. Worth a read. www.uncannymagazine.com/article/the-...
