2023 TPS for Venezuela continues until Oct. 2nd, 2026. EADs are auto-extended through April 2, 2026 This protects over 350,000 Venezuelan TPS holders. If you are a Venezuelan TPS holder, make sure to renew before September 10, 2025. (5/6)

Si tienes uno de los siguientes formularios, este contará como un registro:
1 Residencia permanente
2 Trámites del permiso de ingreso o permanencia temporal (parole)
3 1-94 o 1-94W
4 Visa de no inmigrante o de inmigrante
5 Aviso de Comparecencia (NTA)
6 Documento de Autorización de Trabajo (EAD)
7 Tarjeta de Cruce Fronterizo

Si solicitaste un estatus o un EAD y ya proporcionaste tus huellas al USCIS o al DHS, lo más probable es que no necesites registrarte, pero deberias consultar con un abogado.¿QUIÉN TENDRÍA QUE REGISTRARSE?
Es posible que debas registrarte si:
1 Ingresaste a los EE. UU. sin inspección ni permiso de ingreso o permanencia temporal (parole);
2 Has estado en los EE. UU. durante 30 días o más; y

WHO IS ALREADY CONSIDERED REGISTERED?
If you have one of the following forms, it will count as registration:
1 LPR or Green card
2 Parole paperwork
3 1-94 or I-94W Nonimmigrant or immigrant visa
5 Notice to Appear (NTA)
6 Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
7 Border Crossing Card
If you have applied for a status or EAD and provided fingerprints to USCIS or DHS, you most likely do not need to register, but you should consult with an attorney.WHO WOULD NEED TO REGISTER?
You may need to register if:
1 You entered the U.S. without inspection or parole,
2 You've been in the U.S. 30 days or more, and
3 You don't have one of the documents in the registered section (previous slide).
*Some Canadians who entered by land and didn't get an I-94 must also register if staying past 30 days.
