Certainly less than ideal. The crazy bit is, I was driving around using the handbrake all morning, and finally when I bring it back to shoot some footage it snaps when I put the brake on to life the front.

It looks like a seal leak on the block, some sludge was keeping some old oil back and when I topped it off it puked out until the oil level dropped. I have some absorber mats below it and there's not been a drop since the dipstick stopped reading overfilled. So oil pan seal most like.

Reading the safety section of the Bentley's Manual for removing the fuel pump housing and all I can think is "Bold of you to assume there's any fuel anywhere in here." Still Eye pro on; Battery disconnected; Drain Pan ready. Safety first!

In the left half of the flag, three Canada Geese, on their way to fuck something up, as Canada Geese do. On the right, Nine maple leaves and one Fleur-de-Lis in a 2x5 grid over a Union Jack mean to represent the 10 provinces.

All on an honestly pretty handsome red banner, contents aside.

Like that's just a fuel pump going up by 25% once or twice before reaching the vehicle it will end up in, which also will get a 25% tariff on-top of all of the multiples of 25% tariffs on all its parts.

So to illustrate how fucking stupid the tariffs Trump is proposing are, I need a new fuel pump. The one that I ordered is made in Mexico, purchased from an American company and then shipped to Canada for my German car. The thing is, that's also true for every part of every car in North America.
