Super awesome ID clinic day - insurance denied Posaconazole coverage in someone with possible refractory/relapsed pulmonary Histoplasmosis. Considered investigational as not FDA approved. One of the more frustrating parts of this job is appealing insurance denials 😑 #IDSky
