Today's episode of #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds is pretty great. Lots of good character stuff. Just what I'd include in a #StarTrekAdventures campaign. #LLAP

•PROTECTION ISN'T
AGGRESSION

LETTER TO HER FUTURE TRILL HOSTS, LT. JADZIA DAX, DEEP SPACE 9

l've seen my share of wars over the centuries. I've not just seen war, l've experienced war. And it's never anything other than a nightmare.
But that doesn't mean war is unjust on all sides. The Dominion is wrong to invade the Alpha Quadrant, and the Federation is right to resist. Starfleet isn't a military force, but we will protect those who need it.
Let trillions of innocents die, or be wounded, and be forced to live under fascism?
Sure as hell not on my watch. And not on yours, either.

CONFLICTING RULES

EXCERPT FROM A SPEECH BY GRAND NAGUS ZEK, FERENGINAR

The 34th Rule of Acquisition says, "War is good for business." Given that weapons, technology, medical supplies, and even reinforcements all come with a cost, this is certainly very true.
The 35th Rule of Acquisition says, "Peace is good for business." In the absence of armed conflict, technology, science, and even societal progress can advance completely unimpeded—this is also true!
But I submit to you that peace is better for business, because your customers can't do business with you if they're dead, can they? Well? Can they?!

Yeah, the display systems updated earlier than the uniforms.

I'm grateful that managing #StarTrekAdventures allows me to commission art that represents things we know about but never got to see on screen. One example is this lovely image of Captain Nyota Uhura, boldly exploring as commanding officer of the U.S.S. Leondegrance. Art by Paolo Puggioni. #LLAP

I wonder how many other writers could’ve gotten a modest advance and their books published rather than pay those fees.

Project manager hat aside, this is a seriously good game review. We need more of this in the industry. #LLAP

Because I’m being asked in various circles, yes, #StarTrekAdventures can support your puppet officer playing desires out of the box. Simply create a character as usual, and then add the trait Puppet. Boom. Done. Go boldly. #LLAP #feltlife #kayshon
