Really enjoyed @ericidle.bsky.social's book talk in London last night. Loved the story about Robin Williams wearing a full mosquito net and the singalong at the end. Can't wait to read the book!

Fantastic evening celebrating 50 years of The Damned at Wembley arena. Great setlist, personal highlights were Street Of Dreams, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde & Under The Floor Again. I hope this isn't their last show, but if it was what a way to go out 🖤🦇 #TheDamned

Hard to believe it's seven years since we lost Jeremy Hardy. Would love to have heard his thoughts on current political events. Re-listening to Jeremy Hardy Speaks To The Nation, which remains one of my favourite radio shows. Still very much missed.

Listening to The Ballad Of Wallis Island soundtrack on the train home from London. So many lovely songs but Sky Child and Our Love are standouts. Not sure it's possible to make it through either song without crying. Easily my album of the year.

Finally saw the ISIHAC laser display board in all its glory and a game of Mornington Crescent. Is there any greater joy than shouting "prizes" with a room full of people? Nice little nods to Barry Cryer and Jeremy Hardy during the recording. Brilliant debut from Joe Lycett too #ISIHAC
