What if you could ask: "How would this cell respond to a drug dose that was never tested, in a patient who was never enrolled?" TarDis decomposes reality — separating age, disease, dosage, and context into independent axes, so you can reconstruct conditions that don't yet exist.

We just released IDTrack: a reproducibility layer for gene and transcript identifiers. Integrating across tools, databases, and annotation releases is brittle because identifiers drift over time (renames, merges, splits, deprecations), often without any visible warning.
