Just joined here at BLSKY---leaving X soon. Nice to see you all. Used to be Republican---now an Independent (NOT A TRUMPY). I swing BOTH ways on many political issues. I believe in the Constitution though I think upcoming times will be challenging.

I've been hesitant to post any political rhetoric on Facebook to keep my friends intact. But if ANY of them start to champion a positive opinion regarding the possible gutting of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, then I will suggest they UNFRIEND ME before I UNFRIEND THEM on a quick button.

Transgender folks are fine with me. It's their decision. BUT-- I support Trump and the GOP's efforts to keep transgender from participating in sports. Remember LIA CATHERINE THOMAS? He changed to "she" in women's swimming and won over the ladies in the NCAA D1 Championship Penn Swimming in 2022.

I am so glad to be all set and don't need to physically go BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING. Nowadays others are shopping online and looking for home delivery---with or without hiring a security guard to protect their front porch from passing "pirates." Have a great holiday weekend, everyone. :)
