Wow, just watched The Umbrellas of Cherbourg at a film club event a couple of weeks ago. Amazing! It was the Criterion remaster. I can recommend The Criterion channel on YouTube for some really interesting movie picks by top directors and actors. youtu.be/c2IZf_NRJKs?...

Every conversation about bike lanes is like: "Car crashes kill a huge number of people every day, including pedestrians, cyclists, & car occupants. Good bike infrastructure has been shown to make everyone safer (& doesn't increase congestion)." "But sometimes cyclists break rules & hit people!"

Mr Naive 👆🏼 who also can't read or understand the actual experiences of people who have been subjected to corporate mistreatment using these actual devices. Have you yourself used one while driving?

They aren't solar pumps running until the batteries are drained. It's a web search to find out what happens with batteries in cars doing V2G.

Go and check the facts. That don't PROVE it but are enough to support that it is possible. And needs proper investigation.

...aaand the same guy who knew the results 4 hours ahead, and is the same guy Trump said swing the election because of computer hacking skills is the same guy who bought the company which does OS updates on the machines. It is credible with multiple supporting lines of evidence, though not proven.

Evidence is that the batteries see very little difference in lifespan. Which is why in other countries doing V2G- and also in Oz for some cars- warranty is not affected. Engines in electric cars are very high load, 50 KW and more. House average usage is 8 to 23 kWh, so average power is a few kW.

Think about how much fossil fuel costs have gone up. The question should be "why haven't electricity prices gotten super expensive?". Also, electricity pricing is a rigged game.

How do you think they get updates into the machines? At some point they are connected. Briefing that they are shipped out of the factory and never connected to another device again is the fairy tale. PS 40 years in IT is my background. Yours?

I suggest you read up Musk buying up the company which does operating system updates to the voting machines, plus evaluate what Trump admitted in public, and Elon admitted in private to (one of) his baby bearing females.

Less chance of a decentralised system being hacked all at once than a small number of large generation sites. Where at peak times a single plant down cities mean three whole grid goes offline. New York state blackout. Go read up on it.
