The way John Swinney is talking, you'd think the SNP is promising an independence referendum if we all vote for them. However the party has already stated, that it accepts a 2nd UK-sanctioned referendum is now IMPOSSIBLE. So Swinney just lied to the voters.

I just got blocked by Pete Wishart on X. He says the liberation of Scotland is a false narrative & is at odds with the lived experience of most Scots. He says the 20 year civic campaign by SNP is the only route! I told him to stay in Westminster where he's most at home.

Thank God liberation doesn't require the involvement of Scots politicians from our mainstream parties now. Nicola proved that there's NO route to freedom, by using Holyrood or Westminster. She has proved, by referring to the English Supreme Court, that Scots can't ever get UK "permission" to vote.

Its emerged that Murrell DID appear in court & his appearance was kept quiet by both the UK press & Procurator Fiscal. What is NOT yet known, is what charges he faces. So my initial reporting of the Libdem MP's statement that Murrell was facing charges, now seems to be accurate. It reflects well....

There is no country called "The United Kingdom" either. It was just England under a new brand, after the treaty of union was destroyed. Scotland was simply added to the crown of England as a dependency. Annexed & stripped of assets.

The only real "change" from Mr Starmer, is the different colour of rosette worn by the men in suits, during the monosyllabic "change" narrative, before the election. Starmer lied his way into power & has now been exposed as having NO real policies.
