I like the Platinum Plaisir. I've had mine for several years, and it's never dried out on me. A good affordable writer.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm 58. I watched the Schoolhouse Rock series. The one that really stuck in my head was 'Lolly, Lolly, Lolly, get your adverbs here!'. Good times.

After watching the film NO OTHER CHOICE, I read the novel it was based on - THE AX by Donald E. Westlake. I have very little firearms ephemera, so the Luger P08 is hand-drawn. the pocket holds a 'quotes' card with my star rating: 4.5/5. #readingjournal

Latest reading journal spread: all hand-drawn (except the cover image) using graphite, ink, colored pencils, and markers. And I used a Hongdian Black Forest (fine nib) fountain pen for the writing. Ink was Diamine's Tobacco Sunburst. It took me a couple of hours. #fountainpens

To anyone who uses a knife or fork to chop hardboiled eggs, try using a pastry-cutter (or pastry-blender) next time. I've been making egg salad that way for years, and I love how quickly it gets the job done. #kitchenhack

Kokuho Rose was my Japanese mother’s go-to brand. This brings up memories of growing up in an Asian-American household and eating rice with nearly every meal. Our old school one-button rice cooker sure got a workout. Man, I miss my mom’s Hamburger Rice and Onigiri.

My reading journal is chugging along. Btw... not that I'm geeking out or anything, but I'm now using a binder/trading card sleeve system to keep track of my 'Want to Read' list and LIBBY holds. It's easy to rearrange according to my moods. I've also gone with index cards for tracking series.
