Connected Conversations is a chance for people who use self directed support to talk about their experiences. We'll listen to what you say and share it with the National SDS Collaboration. This meeting focuses on the second outcome which is about the staff that have been involved with you when accessing support.

We are receiving an increase in calls from people concerned about the scale and effects of reductions in support and services. We recognise the need to balance the books, but we remain committed to supporting sustainable, effective and person centred support across Social Care.
