The r/tetherspout subreddit is a fantastic community with a ton of knowledge and help.

InChastity 🔒 @inchastity.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

You can get specific tools for sizing but I just used a set of sounds I already had. For me 8mm was fine and I think 10mm was pushing it, so I knew the E3 set would be fine. The retainers are really a bit of a test because they are thinner so I need a 15mm otherwise it will push out.

I'd really like to be able to have it and have the option not to use it too. I'm talking with the guy who does my cage about ways to make them work together so I can be double locked. No pullouts :) It's really really hot to piss and cum through.

Thank you, it's sometimes nice to get the peehole gaping too with a Tetherspout 🤭 It has been leaking a LOT today as well

Happy #Locktober to all my chastity enjoying companions! I'm just over 7 hours in and feeling good! Day 1 will be easy. Progress - chaster.app/sessions/V6r... @cagedlegion.bsky.social @cagedboys.bsky.social @chasterkh.bsky.social #gaychastity #analtraining #locktober2026

Exactly :) Yeah absolutely. It's no problem at all to wear and sleep in. This is a test cage but I'm going to get another slightly shorter one so everything is snug and then a final nylon or metal version. I have to sit to pee and occasionally have a little wriggle but it's otherwise spot on :)

InChastity 🔒 @inchastity.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

I need a slight downsize on it and I'm going to sort out a way to attach my tetherspout to the cage itself so it'll be double locked by the end both spout and cage. Ideally it'll become semi permanent eventually. Glad it does. It's the best way for them to be. Only let out when required :)

InChastity 🔒 @inchastity.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

I'm not, I was doing a run up to Locktober but I decided to be a twit and pushed myself a little further than I should have so I'm currently 3 days denied but locking back up this evening. Self discipline is a tricky one but I'm aiming to improve on it.

Very welcome indeed :) And yes, it's definitely a good way to prevent any bad behaviour 🤭

InChastity 🔒 @inchastity.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Totally. Although in a way it keeps me from getting into all kinds of mischief so maybe some small perks :) I've adopted handheld gaming as a way to make sofa time more appealing and I'm thinking of trying to write more as well. Your articles and reviews are really good and a big inspiration :)

InChastity 🔒 @inchastity.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Agreed. It sucks when bodies don't do what we want :( I would love more energy. I've got freedom to do whatever I like now which opens a lot of doors but unfortunately lots would be painful or at best difficult. Hope you feel better soon. ❤️

Got my #tetherspout in finally and I'm ultra excited. It looks amazing and I'm really pleased with the width. Positioning and comfort are going to take some time but I'm confident that I can find a solution that will work with my @paradisecages.bsky.social Drift. #chastity #lockedboys

Current favourite for just popping out to the shops or wearing around the house. It could easily stay in for a whole day/night and be no trouble at all.

Great package from @regulation.store - one of their realism dildos to use with a Deepthroat Trainer from @researchanddesire.bsky.social and a #gapekeeper 93 from @toppedtoys.com The weekend is going to be focused on both holes and making sure they are both ready for the summer... I'm excited! 🍆🔥

I didn't have the guts to be honest. If it was now I'd probably be more open to it but at the time I was much more nervous about anything kink out in the open. She probably would have changed tactic and tried to sell me a cage or a plug or something haha!

HUGE fan of Twisted Beast toys and poppers so this looks very exciting. I still have a large Jinn to conquer too.
