I love how quickly the Ranunculus knits up, between the simple lace sections and the loose gauge. The main yarn is a mystery fingering weight I thrifted, and the ribbing is Valley Yarns Huntington sock in black. #showMeYourKnits

First cast on of the year is Kitten Catch Mittens. The variegated yarn I’m using was what was left of the final bind off of last year. I love how it looks with the teal, even if it’s not higher contrast for colorwork
