implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Darn, my first ever video over an hour... which makes rewatching it for fixes WORSE 050
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 28/06/2026The definition of insanity is tinkering with a Legends of tomorrow video for 3 days straight 1100
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 10/05/2026What was supposed to be a short video on the Killing Joke to buy myself some time on Legends of Tomorrow, has now expanded into nearly being half an hour long... my god. 090
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 17/04/2026After Teen Titans imma do Invincible, it'll cover Mark's desensitisation to violence and other themes across season 2-4, cuz i still love my season 1 video, so there's no need to replace it lol 0120
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 05/04/2026As I'm knee deep into this Teen Titans video, I've realised I should make my Judas Contract comparison first (comic vs show vs DCAMU version), otherwise its harder to express the significance of the shows ending with Terra. So here i am back to making loads of essays about dc animations lol 0131
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 01/04/2026I'm going to make this Teen Titans video really really emotional 1120
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 24/02/2026The last season was so disproportionately awesome that it completely threw me off of my original vision for this video lol 2110
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 22/02/2026I'm at a real crossroads between making Flash or Legends of Tomorrow rn. Cuz I kinda want to do Legends, but so many characters are introduced in the Flash first 😑 250
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 09/02/2026So to give myself more time with Batwoman, I'm making this Shazam video which has unexpectedly become one of the funnest things to make. Wild. 4889
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 19/12/2025I've been stuck on this Beware the Batman video for literally like an entire year, so screw it imma finish it right now. Mark my words. 4901
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 10/12/2025I'm leaning towards not splitting the Flash video into multiple parts, but I also dont want to overly condense it, so I'll take my time and fast track a Doom Patrol video for this month 090
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 05/12/2025The next major retrospective... (I'm also debating if I should split into more than one video because it's 9 goddamn seasons) 4250
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 29/11/2025The first version of Gotham is uploaded and there's huge chunks of it that needs to be redone, so now it's delayed to next week fellas 😭 090
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 22/11/2025I'm all hands on deck for the Gotham video. 180
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 30/10/2025So I'm now working on this black adam video that will go through everything from studying his character to the films clichés to the politics, all to buy myself some more time for the Gotham video lol 1111
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 24/10/2025Here's a passion project I've been working on in the background for like years 050
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 09/10/2025It's now a race between the Superman and Lois video and Peacemaker, because I'm just so darn into the new season that I haven't been able to stop writing about it 070
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 23/09/2025There's no rational reason why this will be my next video, but it is... 070
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 22/09/2025YES, it's been a pet project in the background for a while, here's the work in progress thumbnail in fact: 120
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 14/09/2025This goddamn justice league action video would've come out today but my bathroom ceiling is leaking so that's taken my full attention. Amazing weekend. 0120
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 04/09/2025Today... unless the video takes like 15 hours to upload like last time. 2170
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 22/08/2025This Justice League Action video went from being a simple retrospective to a weird art essay about the baroque art movement, all because I didn't want it to be under 20 minutes. 0110
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 15/08/2025The title "Finally" actually makes sense for this video. 080
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 07/08/2025Another one for the increasing August pile 0150
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 30/07/2025As I'm working on like 4 videos at the same time, like I'm one of those spinning plate performers, the Harley Quinn season 5 video is actually ahead of everyone else 060
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 19/07/2025Imma put my Superman 2025 thoughts in a retrospective of all the films 2102
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 11/07/2025I enjoyed the Superman movie so much that I've now delayed the Gotham video until the very end of the month so I can make my ultimate Superman & Lois retrospective. My 4 year old passion project. 5141
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 06/07/2025One more video before Gotham and it's because I ended up loving this show so goddamn much that I have an animalistic impulse to let everyone know about it. 1112
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 03/07/2025As a man living in the UK, I'm proud to say I signed that Stop killing games petition and now it's just cleared. I can continue eating custard creams. 000
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 02/07/2025Once again, I'm delaying Gotham for another video... 1100
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 22/06/2025I gotta day the Lois and Clark video is coming along waaaaaay more nicely than expected. It's evolved into a strangely deep discussion about how enjoying mundane routines is how Superman resists seeing himself as a god (also here's another work in progress thumbnail) 251
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 17/06/2025The next video is still not goddamn Gotham, because its on Lois & Clark, a video I've been meaning to make for ages, like here's literally the thumbnail I made last year lol 071
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 08/06/2025Krypton has gone from a small project between bigger ones to becoming a way bigger because it's so underrated that I need to everyone to know 071
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 13/05/2025My next video is on the live action Titans show, because I accidentally finished watching it before Gotham. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for NOT doing 22 episode seasons 170
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 25/04/2025Alright kids, to avoid having a month of nothing for this Gotham complete essay, I'm going to get out a DCAU Wonder Woman psychology study that's taken me like 3 months to write. 080
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 25/03/2025I am still working on the supergirl video. In fact, here is the work in progress thumbnail 🤙 060
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 24/02/2025I have fully voiced and edited seasons 1-3 of Arrow, about to finish watching season 5, WHICH LEAVES ME WITH 3 MORE SEASONS LEFT. It never ends. Also here's another work in progress thumbnail where I went too far with the art filter 🤙 0110
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 17/01/2025Rest in peace, David Lynch. I was obsessed with him last year, surprisingly not from his films or Twin Peaks, but his quirky personality and life as an artist. I can't believe it. 090
implicitly pretentious @impret.bsky.social · 08/01/2025Yep, I'm still working on Arrow. Here's the current work in progress thumbnail, as I continue to watch more Arrow. 250
