Hello! I've been radio silent because I keep taking on huge projects- whoops! But I did take on this mini commission for my dear friend @wanderingboots.bsky.social!
A painted miniature of an Aarakocra that resembles a Long-Eared Owl of eastern Ontario. He is holding a bow with nocked arrow. He is wearing blue and green clothing, and his feathers are warm tones of brown and yellow. The same miniature, but facing to the viewer's leftThe miniature is facing away from the camera. The warm yellow to dark brown gradient of his wing feathers are in focus. The other wing is in the camera's focus, as well as some details on the his pack and clothing.

Do you play a #TTRPG? Do you wish you had a soundboard to help set the atmosphere at the table? GREAT NEWS!! My friend just published her app which helps GMs with that very task!! Give her app Cue Me some love. It's available on Android and iOS! 💖
Screenshot of the app, Cue Me. The icon is of a person in a suit of armour, holding their chin pensively. They have a pair of purple headphones on.

I don't usually post about this, but... it's my birthday!! And for my birthday, you should check out what I finished this week after months of work: a HUGE commemorative piece to celebrate our 1st D&D campaign! It's the most ambitious single piece I've ever attempted. I can't wait to frame it!!
A 2ft by 3ft vertical print being held up for the camera. In the centre are 4 characters (3 women and one robotic man), all loomed over in some way by their own unique threats. Surrounding them are the several vignettes of our adventures and threats we faced in our campaign.

Commission for my friend who is going to be selling her amazing crochet work at a local craft fair soon! It'll be at the Merivale Mall on Feb 7th, organized by the Nepean Night Market. If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out, her work is incredible!
Drawing of a pink bunny flopped over a yellow, crescent moon with a silly, blank expression. Above the moon in a cursive-like font is the text "Moon Rabbit Crafts". The image is watermarked several times with the word "commission".

This year has been a whirlwind filled with countless events. Artistically, it has been a year of large and ambitious projects. Next year I hope to sprinkle in more smaller pieces, but I'm still proud of what I've done. Here's hoping for a brighter 2026 filled with human art and compassion 🙏🏼💕

I feel quite rusty at digital art, but Silksong was so good!!! I simply had to do something to celebrate it. Unquestionably worth the wait, they really used those 7 years to the fullest #silksong #silksongfanart

LAST ONE: Nightmare Simulacrum 4! Miniature from the Darkest Dungeon board game. This guy is gnarly, so I will flag this in case anyone happens to be squeamish
A painted miniature of a man who has become incredibly monstrous. His face is stretched and morphed into a horrid scream. His body is entirely made up of reddish flesh, and covered in several large, black, round eyes. An enormous mouth with sharp and jutting teeth is on his stomach. His hands are morphed into claws.A side view of the mini. The his mouth and the mouth of his stomach hang open.Another side view of the miniature. The varying textures on his flesh are visible, and an intense arch of his back and body is apparent. An angled view of the mini from above

Nightmare Simulacrum 3! Miniature from the Darkest Dungeon board game. Is this the optimal way to post all these minis? Probably not? Oh well lol
A painted miniature of a being that is just a lump of flesh, with a sharp bony protrusion jutting out. A black, hooded robe with golden trim is on top of it.Same perspective of the miniature, but the sharp, bone protrusion is in focus.A side view of the miniature. The flesh lump is partially wrapped around the bone, and the robe is flowing behind it.A back view of the miniature. The yellow-gold trim on the black robe is visible.

We had the final battle (!!) of our D&D campaign of nearly four years (!!!), which was a super exciting milestone! This was one of the minis I painted for the big day. This mini (& the others I painted for the big day) came from the Darkest Dungeon board game. Love how freaky this guy turned out.
A miniature of a man, split in half, made up of vibrant green slime. Some small parts of him are solid and human, others are liquid and monstrous. The back of the mini. Green tentacles and slime cover much of his back.Another angle of the back of the mini. A green leg with a hoof extends off the man, and his right arm has become a tentacle. It's difficult to put into words how much Undertale means to me, how much it impacted and inspired me. I'll carry the experience and the world in my heart for the rest of my days.
Text reads: It made me laugh, cry, and filled me with determination. It reminded me that kindness is always a choice, and the world and oneself are made better for choosing it.

Post something Ogre-sized. Never posted this because it was painted primarily by my partner last year and I only did small additional details and touch-ups, but, it is in fact Ogre-sized! This is our painted Borborygmos mini from MTG, but for the purposes of our table, his name was Bundindas. 😊
The Borborygmos MTG mini. It is a very large cyclops, brandishing a stone axe with a wooden handle above its head. He has a large mane of bright red hair and a red beard, and blue-ish green skin. Two large, dark grey horns shoot out from his head, and he is wearing leather bands on his wrists, and some pelts for clothing. His mouth is open, two large tusks protruding from the bottom row of teeth. On his left, the skull of an elephant is his shoulder-plate. The back of the Borborygmos mini. There is detail work defining the musculature in its back, right arm and right leg. The stone axe blade is in focus, and there are chunks of shiny purple stone painted into it.A side view of the Borborygmos mini. A close up of the face of the Borborygmos mini. There are shining metal pieces in his shirt. His iris is dark blue, and his face is creased with wrinkles and folds.

Okay, usually I wait until a painted mini of mine has hit our D&D table before sharing it, but I simply cannot wait this time. I had an idea of painting a nudibranch-inspired Flail Snail, and I'm so thrilled with how this turned out!! #DnDMini #DnDMiniature #miniatures
A painted miniature of a large snail creature. The Flail Snail faces the camera, which is focused on its head. The top of the snail's head has 5 long protrusions that form flails at their tips, and the colour transitions from the pink of the body, to the orange and yellow at the flails. Its shell is vibrant orange, and bright yellow towards the base. The shell also has several a few brown lines that travel from the tip of the shell towards the base. It travels across a dark blue ground, and leaves a bright pinkish-purple trail of slime behind it. The snail's body is arched, exposing its belly which is spilling out the same slime.
The Flail Snail still faces towards the camera, but now its shell is in focus, and is framed by the one of the flails. The shell transitions from the bright orange to the yellow as it approaches the base. The pink slime at the front glistens. A side view of the snail. The view shows off the bulbous shape and size of the shell, as well as the bumpy texture of of the snail's body. Beside the snail are two tufts of blue grass, and behind it trails a short curved path of pink slime.
The snail is turned away from the camera. The focus is on the snail's body and head. Where the protrusions form from the head, there are many small creases in the flesh.

Painted one of the most terrifying creatures you can run into in D&D, a Marut!! Idk what possessed me to paint each of the dots... It was agonizing, but I'm super happy with how it turned out! #DnDMini #DnDMiniature
A painted miniature of a Marut: an enormous, humanoid-like mechanical automaton, entirely crafted of metal except for one large eye on its torso. The steel of its body is painted a metallic black, and is covered in rows of small golden dots. On each of its shoulders are 2 white angelic wings with light blue shading, and on each calf is a single white wing. Its eyeball is a piercing blue, and surrounding it is a golden trim that juts into tall, sharp point at the top. The Marut stares straight into the camera. The Marut, facing towards the camera's left. It is posed as if it is walking forward menacingly, with its right foot forward as it is in stride. The left of its two mechanical hands is clenched into a fist. The Marut, facing away from the camera, showing off its back. Across its back plate, its shoulder pads, its arms, its calves and its boots are dozens of small golden dots forming rows across its body. The Marut, facing the right of the camera.

I finally took some time to paint the last of my chromatic frogs, the Green Slaad. Painted far too many details for a mini that probably won't see the table, haha #DnDMini #DnDMiniature
A painted miniature of a Green Slaad, a monstrous bipedal frog creature. It is painted green, with a light cream underbelly. The creature's right hand is extended towards the camera wielding some kind of green magic. Its left hand is holding a tall wooden staff that is adorned with various skulls at its top. The Slaad has orange eyes, and several dark, sharp teeth jutting from its closed mouth. It has a large skull resting on its right shoulder, and long, tall spikes protrude from its back. A photo of the Green Slaad miniature, but it is turned to the camera's left. From this angles, the viewer can more easily see some kind of jowls that hang on its face. The tips of them are brown. A back view of the Green Slaad. It wears muddy red cloth as clothing, and has brown scraps of fabric hanging from the spikes protruding from its back. On its right hip rests a brown bag decorated with zig-zagging yellow thread.Another front view of the Green Slaad. It looks into the camera, its eye framed between its makeshift skull-shoulder pad, and its right hand wielding magic.

"I have endured... more than enough..." Wanted to try a more painterly style than I'm used to. Definitely was intimidating, but I'm happy with how this turned out!
A tall, husk of a male figure (Midra) floats above a burned ground, with red hot spikes poking out. In place of his head sits a bright burning void, radiating yellow and orange light. Draped over his body is a robe that has been reduced to long, thin tatters. In his right hand he holds a long, multi-pointed barb, each prong covered in blood. In his left hand, he holds a single barb like a dagger. Behind him is a small set of stairs to an area that looks similar to an altar. He looks over his shoulder towards the camera.

Yesterday we had a fight that included a Behir!! I personally felt like he should be a friend because he so many arms for hugging, but my DM disagreed for some reason. #D&D #DnD #DnD5e #Mini #Miniature #DnDMini #DnDMiniature
A miniature of a Behir, a monster that is a large and long, curvy lizard with two sets of horns, and 6 pairs of feet, each with 3 dull yellow claws. The top of its body is deep blue in colour, and transitions to a more light green-blue hue at its stomach. Its mouth is open, showing off its small white teeth and a very light, electric blue colouration within its mouth. Above its blue eyes is one small pair of very small, dark brown horns. The second pair of horns is larger and curled, and its color changes from dark brown at the base, to a far lighter brown-orange near the tips. The Behir faces away from the camera, showing off its back and tail more clearly. Its back has something like plating that goes from its head down to its tail. Its curved tail is much thinner than the main body, and is raised off the ground.A side view of the Behir as it faces the (viewer's) right. A miniature of a Zombie Beholder, a monster that is just a spherical floating body with one large eye, and several smaller eyes resting on eyestalks that protrude from the top of the head, but its body is in a state of decay and its eyes are snowblind and very light blue in color. It is facing the camera. The creature is mainly white, with purple colouration around its eye sockets, its mouth, and its cheeks. Its mouth hangs open, showing off its mustard yellow teeth, though some seem to be missing. Within its mouth is the remains of red tongue which seems to have been jaggedly cut in half, perhaps by its own teeth. Across its jawline, spikes protrude from its body that take on a darker blue colouration at the tips. Small icicles hang from two of the eyestalks. The Zombie Beholder is angled towards the (viewer's) left, showing off the left side of its body. Last weekend, my D&D group hit a classic milestone- we fought our first Beholder (and two Beholder Zombies)! I painted this early last year and while I'm happy with how it turned out, I was terrified to see it at the table. VERY luckily, no one died!
A miniature of a Beholder, a monster that is just a spherical floating body with one large eye, and several smaller eyes resting on eyestalks that protrude from the top of the head. The Beholder has its mouth open, menacingly baring its fangs. The body is covered in small white scales, but in various places are spikes that jut past further out from the body. These spikes turn dark purple at the tips. The eyestalks transition into a more lavender colour near the eyes. The sclera of the eyeballs are a light yellow, and the irises are a light blue. The Beholder's back is turned to the camera, showing off the purple spikes, and the back of the eyestalks. The front view of the Beholder, similar to the first image, but several of the eyes on the eyestalks are now firing beams of various colours and shapes. One of the left is firing a red-orange beam that splits off into 2 directions. Another is firing a large navy blue beam. A third is firing a yellow beam. Lastly, one eye is firing a black beam.A side view of the Beholder while it fires its various beams.

The larger spikes are a dark purple. 4 of the 10 eye stalks are shooting various kinds of beams, each differently coloured. The beams are red-orange, navy blue, yellow and black.

Easily one of my favourite minis I've painted so far is this Cosmo Serpent- I'm so delighted with how he turned out. I don't have a good enough camera to show it off, but let it be known that the pattern on his tummy and the inside of his mouth glow in the dark! 🐍🌌
A miniature of a large snake, painted purple. Most of its body is coiled, with its mouth agape, showing off its light blue fangs and teeth. Its eyes and the inside of its mouth are a saturated light blue. Its purple scales change in hues with varying shades of pinks and purples, like a galaxy. Its body is dappled with white spots that resemble stars in the sky. Across its stomach are intricate light green swirling patterns. At its tail is a set of dark blue fins or ridges.A miniature of a large snake, painted purple. Most of its body is coiled, with its mouth agape, showing off its light blue fangs and teeth. I just realized that I can post my painted minis here without fear of spoiling my fellow D&D party members- very exciting for me!

One of the first minis I painted was this Shadow Mastiff. I'm still quite happy with how it turned out!
