It was literally Starmer and Cooper's policy.

No. I am questioning why Labour MPs who now profess such moral outrage had so little to say when a peaceful protester was arrested outside their own conference. It was 160 arrested or summoned at their conference. I'm not a Green voter.

I certainly prefer Burnham to Starmer. While I used to believe Starmer was a decent guy, he pushed through a policy which has led to over 3,500 mostly elderly pensioners being arrested for non violent protect. That's his legacy. What a let down. And what a tragedy.

My feed is full of Labour MPs expressing anger tonight. Yet when the daughter of a Holocaust survivor was arrested outside their own party conference for a non-violent protest, silence. Principles mean little if outrage only appears when it is politically convenient.

"Canada, EU plan to link next-gen payment systems, easing transactions" Thankfully, Labour ditched Starmer and Reeves, the 'make Brexit work' crew, and with any luck, the UK can get in on this action.

Left: The Tories claim they’ll save taxpayers nearly £1bn a year by cutting student loans to “foreign students”. Right: Most international students on Student visas don’t qualify for UK student finance in the first place. So where exactly are these £1bn “savings” coming from?

President Trump mocks climate change: “The ice caps have gotten bigger instead of smaller. They’ve gotten bigger.” My view: No, they haven’t. Greenland is losing roughly 264 billion tonnes of ice a year and Antarctica around 135 billion tonnes.

President Macron, "Brexit has cost the UK 8% of GDP.. Brexit is the biggest lie of the last 30 years" My view: Brexit was sold as a route to greater prosperity: less bureaucracy, more money, new trade opportunities Instead, Britain put new barriers between itself and its largest trading market.

Wanting Labour to stop arresting 94-year-old peaceful protesters is not “Reform”. It is a basic demand for dignity, civil liberties and proportionality - values Labour should stand for, but currently does not.
