Authorities have arrested a man for starting a fire on New Years that caused the Palisades blaze several days later. Our investigation from Jan. used satellite and visual analysis to show that a fire on New Year’s Day likely smouldered for days before being reignited 6 days later. wapo.st/4pWUKNX
