Timeline cleanse and seeking options. This is the first year I’ve had a harvest from my wild plum trees and it’s a bumper crop. After sorting and ripening on the counter, I’ve processed about 1/3 of them and plum butter is currently cooking. (Recipe from foragerchef.com/sweet-and-so... )
