What is agnostic? Do I teach that a SCOTUS majority cares about Standing? Precedent? Plain meaning? Facts developed by District Courts? Consistency across administrations? Actual originalism as history? The 13th, 14th, or 15th amendments? (we the) People? Can one agnostically teach the truth today?
