The addition of quiet spaces for neurodiverse employees are often also used by non disabled workers. Especially in times where they need to focus or they need confidentiality in the task they’re completing.

Built environment changes like lifts, toilets etc mean that people with injuries can enter the building. Assist the elderly, parents with prams etc. not just people who use wheelchairs.

Having employees work to their strengths improves morale and productivity. By slightly modifying a job for a PWD, you often find other employees benefit as well.

I like using strong examples. Yes, working from home helps everyone. Parents can use it to help work around child care, workers can use it to make sure they can access regular medical appointments. It benefits the whole workplace, not just PWD.
