I had to leave work early due to body spasms, usually can get past it but the brain fog from experiencing them got me and I started to fumble phone calls, not good for a er haha. It's okay though, it happens, just gotta TLC myself. I know it'll all be okay but the struggle is real :_)

Learning about Jabari and his parents at the blank park zoo and his cubs at the Phoenix zoo and I'm in shambles and tears I'm already so obsessed with Jabari just learning his family and how much the zoo's love keeping up with each other and the BPZ congratulating Jabari on his cubs I'm gonna cry

Forgot to rant about this, Kio's tag had a major incorrect fact on it and that made me ???? It is an eco friendly plush and was from the zoo, you'd think they wouldn't pander to people and stick to the facts,,, it was "Lions favorite things are purring, sleeping, and eating' ,,, Lions can't purr?

My buddy bought me a lion today from the Lincoln Park zoo!! Was gonna name him Jabari (the male lion at Lincoln Park zoo) But he doesn't really give Jabari vibes, his name is Kio! (Key-oh) Named after the new nat geo documentary lion :-D!!!

home from work and I'm absolutely cheesing I saw so many firsts today, first botfly case AND I got to see the removal! The patient came in with nystagmus, it was very interesting seeing it go away initially after removing the larvae, it was on the side of the head so it makes sense why it stopped!

Cleaning hard 💔 but I'm a warrior so I believe in myself. Funny how cptsd can cause odd reactions to simple things, but I can recognize that I have atanomy and while it hurts in the moment ultimately at the end I will always be okay, sometimes we gotta go through the trenches to end up okay 🫠

I'm recording one of my mamas and papas CDs so wonderfully gifted to me by my best friend onto cassette and if it doesn't work I'm blaming it on the fact that it's the 4th of July, also speaking of that if the decrepit ugly orange thing doesn't pass away on live tv in 104 degree weather I'll riot ♥️
