Tomorrow we’ll be saying goodbye to Henry. We rescued him and his late brother Herbie seven years ago from breeders who abandoned them at six-years-old. Sometimes he can be a real jerk but we love him a lot and he’ll be dearly missed.

I went to the KAWS exhibit at SFMOMA this morning and absolutely hated it! It’s all just vapid references that seem to have no POV. It says anything about culture or offers a meta commentary on the art it’s aping. Very happy I went because some art should just piss you off and ruin your day.

This post has gained some traction so as an ex-evangelical let me say it’s not just the girls. Evangelicalism is definitely sexist and boys are treated better but ALL evangelical kids are pushed into abstinence and purity culture. I signed one of these pledges with dozens of other boys.
