I just hit 2800 followers which is mind-blowing for a nobody like me. This year has been partly spent on establishing a new home as well as a new home on social media. Bluesky feels far more like home than the other places ever did. Thanks to all you decent humans.

There is a small core of progressives in Iowa, so Wahlz has a chance of winning the senate, but the vast majority is made up of Republican and (very) moderate democrats. Last week saw the DNC twitterpated by democratic socialists/progressives performing well, but James Carvill is not the future.
