The white-bellied go-away-bird (Crinifer leucogaster) is a bird of eastern Africa in the family Musophagidae, commonly known as turacos.

Go-away-birds were named after their call that sounds like, well, 'go away'. These large and noisy birds are impossible to miss, especially since they are gregarious as well! There are only three species of these beauties, all of which are non-migratory and in which males and females look alike.

Primary habitat
The go-away-bird mainly resides in dry open savannahs and woodlands, typically regions in southern and eastern Africa.
