“Baring my wires and all” I disagree strongly with machines creating “art,” but strongly adore humans drawing machines from their imaginings. This lil fella came to me after getting a dental surgery , and since creating him I can’t stop drawing wires , hairs , and other Spirally, wiry things!”

I did a Watchmen meme gag. Beck released a new sad song on my 40th birthday. I have been listening to sad Beck songs and obsessed with them since I was 16/17. Can’t wait for the album announcement. @beck.bsky.social #beck #watchmen #comic

#illustrator #handdrawn #pen 4 color, 4 lines - a newer practice for me. This was one where I just let my hand wander… I thought the end result was enjoyable. Hope you think so as well !

This hummingbird and flower were made with 4 lines total using a bic 4 color pen . It’s a style of drawing I haven’t tried til recently and I’m loving doing it. Both the process and the outcome has been pleasing to me. Also, hummingbirds are magical.

Me: what should I draw? Daughter: growls Me: a bear? Daughter: shakes head Me (15 minutes later) okay! Here’s your bear! (Very proud) Daughter: throws paper on ground, grabs tablet, does this, hands it to me and growls She’s 18 months old, I can’t believe she could do that (or is that funny!)

I unlocked something sort of this week… I’d never tried this until recently, but I’ve been drawing with as few lines as possible… this is two lines. One black, one blue with a bic four color pen

I’ve been really enjoying this process recently. Four line drawings. Use a bic 4 color pen. Each color touches down on the paper once. Don’t pick up the pen until you’re done with that color. Here’s an owl and a quick family sketch I did last night #drawing

Just a simple design I made to put in my daughters room. It’s so cool to me how she reacts to being given a new piece of artwork the same way she does being given a new toy. 18 months old and just so sweet and perceptive already #parenting #art #family

Juniper‘s grandpa keeps bird houses. I asked what to draw and she growled then trumpeted, her way to say “bear or elephant.” I asked what else- she said “bird!” I asked, “ Big Bird?” She shook her head no. Flamingo? No, she said. “Papa.” “Oh, you want one of Papa‘s birds?” “YES!”. #artwithkids
