The ACA did FAR more than create insurance marketplaces. It also imposed protections on traditional health insurance, including employer plans. It protects millions of Americans who have never purchased insurance through an ACA marketplace.

I am not the one who uses the air fryer in our house, so I just assumed the people who did knew they need to clean the racks and drip pan after each use. Imagine my horror and discovering that apparently only I know about the drip pan. Anyhow God bless whoever made that thing non-stick.

I know amazing people of all beliefs, well maybe not all, but many. It seems to be a personality trait rather than a belief system. I know selfish jerks with many beliefs (or lack thereof) as well.

Cheaper meds rather than expensive ones. When my sister got C. Diff they went through three different antibiotics before they gave her the one they knew would work or the fecal trans6that will likely eventually be necessary. They're fine. Just chintzy.

For the medical system in general, but Kaiser is a different beast. They make money by getting the most subscribers and keeping those subscribers healthy (or non-users) by the cheapest means possible. Classes about MDD and anxiety rather than individual therapy or hospitalization.

Kaiser does cover it, but like everything else Kaiser covers it has a strict set of protocols around it. You have to check every box, take every class, make sure your two week depression survey numbers show improvement, but not so much improvement that they decide you don't need it anymore.

This exact thing. If all you're doing in college is get AI to spit essays, you're paying for a fact paper that means nothing, often with huge debt. University is for teaching you To Think. Sometimes in specific linear ways, sometimes in symbolism. Essays aren't to prove you have a computer.
