COVER REVEAL TIME! My next picture book is GRAYSON THE LIBRARY GUARDIAN, written by me, illustrated by Dave McCall, and published by Red Comet Press. I'm really excited about this book because it celebrates my home away from home: LIBRARIES! www.abramsbooks.com/product/gray...

From a Muck Rack report — another reason AI sucks. Because their top-cited sources include Wikipedia, Quora, Reddit, and YouTube. So credible, right? (But, if you’re trying to get into the AI answer, it’s a roadmap. Put your book on Wikipedia, Quora, Reddit, and YouTube.) #bookmarketing #geo

TOVA'S SWEET SOLUTION arrived in the world this week, a picture book for 4-8-year-olds published by Red Comet Press. With themes of creative problem solving, growth mindset, and a loving family, this story introduces the concept of food allergies in a playful, generalized way. HAPPY READING! #kidlit

When you’re an adult beginner using lesson horses, every week you ride someone different. This week was Khalifa who was spooky and disliked moving forward. But at least he was cute. Fun times!

#bookmarketing strategy: Add your book to any and all Reddit threads. I did last week, and now I’m on the first page of the Google search. If you don't promote your book, who will?

I got my author copies of my first picture book, TOVA’S SWEET SOLUTION (4/21/26, Red Comet Press), about a bear who learns she’s allergic to honeygrain, the (made-up) ingredient in her family’s bakery baked goods, and a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard selection!
