Won't happen without enforcement. And enforcement won't happen without license plate readers. Ending car dependency starts with ending the entitlement drivers have as a result of no alternative and perpetuates by no enforcement. License plate readers are the best tool if you want to #WinTheWOC!

We must be willing to admit that bike lanes ARE NOT better for some businesses. Maybe these businesses need to move to more car friendly stroads and not in dense walkable/bikeable streets? Offer to help them move. Just saying push back on the need for business first mentality.
