Rebuild four started with a different question. Who is this actually for. The answer came from hospice rooms I'd sat in for years, people with words left unsaid and no time left to say them. Lesson 4: the product got clear the exact moment its purpose did. That version worked.

Rebuild three had a feed. Likes, notifications, the whole engagement kit. This is the one I actually liked at the time, which is what made it dangerous. It grew a little. And the content turned into performance, people posting for an audience instead of speaking to one person.
