Today is the last Sunday in my current apartment! It’s been (mostly) good, but I’m looking forward to a change of pace. Next Sunday I’ll be moving out of here and crashing with my parents for a few days, then in to my new place in Chicago on the 1st!

Someone doesn’t know he’s going to the vet today. He’s been eating and drinking less this week and acting lethargic, so I’m getting him checked out to be safe. Hopefully his sister doesn’t forget who he is this time around 😭 Having to reintroduce them after his last vet visit wasn’t fun.

This little house panther decided to give me a heart attack today. She started frantically clawing at her mouth and yowling, so I managed to get her in to the vet immediately. She’s totally fine! Vet’s best guess is she had something stuck under her tongue, and it came out before I got her there.

Nova has lots to say today, as per usual. Back when I first adopted her, I took her to the vet for a checkup because I'd never had a cat as vocal as she is. She was perfectly healthy, of course, and the vet congratulated me on adopting the chattiest cat at the shelter.
