Nieve & Preacher-7 Field Guide for @ilikevideogames.bsky.social ✨ #Destiny2 #Destiny2Art

Nieve. Veteran Nightstalker. Jack of all trades. Mute; communicates through sign language or Ghost translation. Mischievous at heart, but deadly serious when it matters. Curates armor, flair & weaponry primarily based on sentimental value.

Preacher-7. Sunsinger. Thrives in support roles. Former research specialist turned experiment for Bray Exoscience. Struggles with Dissociative Exomind Rejection. Finds fulfilment as a doctor specialising in guardian-specific combat & trauma medicine.

I realized that I never posted the finished version of this piece. It’s only been a year and a half give or take but who’s counting?

I know I haven’t been on in a while but I’m making an effort to make more art this year, even if it’s not perfect. I’m learning Procreate and it was a lot of fun to whip up this here Modern Warfare doodle while playing with all the brushes! I’m tagging as graphic media just to be safe.

I’m too shy to post nsfw from this account and this is a wip but it’s gonna take me so long to finish it I might as well turn in what I have.

A white canvas with stark black lineart depicting an Exo from the video game Destiny. The Exo is humanoid in shape and features.

The Exo is nude and sitting in the center of the canvas on a sketched shape of a couch. His head is at the top left. His face is angular and there are three antennae protruding from either side of the top of his head. His left arm exits on the right of the image, and his right arm is bent and raised to just below shoulder height. The arm exits and reenters the left side of the image at the elbow and is raised to his face.

There is a warlock symbol on the plating of the Exo’s forearm, and a hooded sweatshirt is clutched in his closed fist. The hoodie is hanging down and partially obscuring the Exo’s bare chest. The hoodie is too small for the Exo, and there is a hunter symbol on the sleeve. The visible portions of the Exo’s torso and hips feature formed plating and wiring in the place of prominent muscles and joints. His hips are cropped on the lower right.

Every once in a while I get kudos on fics I wrote years ago (2013!) and that is so wild to me. Here it is almost 11 years later and the character information is now very incorrect but someone still found it and liked it enough to leave kudos after all these years. The world can be a beautiful place!

I’m falling a little behind on check-ins these last couple months, so if I check up on you and haven’t recently, I hope you’re well!
