I was diagnosed w/ #Lyme 7 years ago & tried countless things to fight it off. After the antibiotics, all food made me ill & I became scared to eat at all. I discovered that cutting out grains helped some, but eliminating toxic interactions in my life is what had the biggest impact. #HealingJourney
