We made our pilgrimage to Taipei 101 🏙️ and Din Tai Fung, with IIPS's Michael Mazza and Grace Price. We couldn’t get enough of pork xiaolongbao (pork soup dumpling), chocolate xiaolongbao, and more. We saw them get made - 21 grams of deliciousness and perfect 18 folds. 😋 #IIPSinTaiwan

We ended the day with the Mainland Affairs Council, where Minister Chiu Chui-cheng spoke on China’s coercion efforts against Taiwan. He stressed that MAC seeks to maintain peaceful, cross-strait relations, but will not lose sight of China’s actions to undermine this peace. #IIPSinTaiwan
