iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Sometimes, I worry that I'm not doing the most with my art, and that I don't have any cool ideas anymore. Then I come up with the idea of drawing a primordial skateboard duck. Then I feel better.

I don't think the post is saying that the library is better than the Internet, but that those who would use the Internet would probably use the first thing that shows up. If competency is in question, then it seems more technical since it was mentioned for people who uses libraries specifically

A doodle I made while I was bored. Took me 3.5 hours to make. Plan on adding color. #oc #characterart #lineart

The Caribbean, my people, let's go!

First, I understand these images look terrible, but it makes it harder for AI to replicate my stuff. I'm also pleased to say that the first Nookmark design is complete; so many more to go :) I'm beginning to work on variants of these characters. Still seeing where it's going tho

Food being bred to be so sweet they rot easily. Strawberries are no different

I say this because I am becoming more conscious of this project (Nookmark) I've been working on, and started thinking more about how these bookmarks are designed from a "character design" perspective. I didn't have a clear character designs for the birds.

IImulatio @iimulatio.bsky.social · 05/08/2025

The more I work on this project, the more invested I get, and the more I must consider what I am designing more, both as a product and a character. I don't want to scrap the bird design, but I do need to think of something for it. #productdesign #graphicdesign #reading #book #bookmark

I want to expand this project and design other bookmark designs inspired by made-up fantasy creatures. I have decided on the name "Nookmark" for the project, though it may change. #bookmark #graphicdesign #reading #books #bookclub

but I figured that would be more difficult or less common to occur if the size was bigger. The design was built within a 3 in. x 3 in. square grid, so larger proportions would help. #bookmark #graphicdesign #reading #books #bookclub

An update to the bookmark design, I'm pleased to say that it does work with one problem: the bookmark size is too small. These bird-like designs can easily slip out (part 1) #bookmark #graphicdesign #reading #books #bookclub

Just watched @/samdoesarts tutorial to make this; it's not that hard to do this. You can learn how to create something meaningful instead of something that looks pretty. #StudioGhibli #howtodraw #characterdesign #pencilsketch #noAI

Ygrda Logo This was my first logo design I made as a class assignment. I wanted to make a logo for a hypothetical learning platform similar to Khan Academy that used Retro Atomic art, an aesthetic tied to the Jetsons. I will continue to work on it as time goes on. #graphicdesign #logodesign #logo

Finally, someone said it! One thing I keep hearing in this argument is how AI is the future. The thing about people is that they are trained off of experience in the field, not their art alone. You can't learn from an AI because it learns from what it's fed: final results. You can learn from people

To anyone who cares to offer insight, I wanted to try out using InPrint to make prints for posters. Does anyone have any experience with them? I wan to take my art to the next level and don't know where to start. #art #design
