Remember one simple axiom: russia cannot launch RETALIATORY STRIKES against Ukraine! Only Ukraine can launch RETALIATORY STRIKES against russia, as a country defending itself! However, russian strikes from the very beginning have been deliberate terrorism and have been continuing for many years!
