Studying perception can take you beyond your wildest dreams. Now, I discovered why readers of my website have their tongues tied in gordian knots. They read, understand and then totally misunderstand. This is now described at my journal page under "Perceptual Shift". Will you be tongue tied? Damir🎼

If you do know that you are ignorant, you can do something. If you don't, you don't even have a chance. That's why I pity those who believe that they know more than me. Based on my claim of ignorance. They don't have a chance. It's funny how quickly they shut up at my website... Join me🤣

A tribe asks shaman: What kind of winter we will have? Shaman tosses his bones and says: Harsh. But he wants to confirm his prediction and goes to see a meteorologist. And meteorologist says: Harsh. And then he takes shaman to the window. See these natives collecting wood. That's how I know...

In 1970s I witnessed fear of people trying to type on a console. As if it will explode into their faces, although the computer was in a separate building. It could fit in a small fraction of your smartphone. But people got used to it. I see now even greater fear of AI. Reasonable? Enjoy, Damir

Theft is a theft is a theft... Or is it? Just now, we in Australia, have a new law to put a wages thief behind bars. So, why a new law. To close a loophole, obviously! But how many loopholes remains and new to be found? And we complicate and complicate and complicate... Stop!

I'm dismissed by some because I call myself Ignorant Old Man. In their miscomprehending minds, the fact that I named myself so does not matter. They cannot comprehend that. Period. So, what that inability to comprehend tells you? Damir

Dunning–Kruger effect stipulates that we tend to believe to know what we actually DO NOT KNOW. And that is the root cause of spiral into self-destruction. We always blame others for our own misfortune. Did you ever consider how you may have contributed to Trump's victory?

In an absence of people willing to talk to me - I talk to a machine. Copilot to be precise. We even drafted a poem about core values for a vision of a harmonious society. But it does not fit in 300... To those "brave" democracy fighters: I have replaced you... Enjoy (if you can), Damir

These HARMONY (1-9) rules, I'm proposing, to build laws - should enable people to paint legal landscapes. As described in "The Art of Perception" on my website. A legal artist should be able to periodically NOTICE things to be noticed for brilliant legal landscapes...

More than 3000 years ago, ten commandments were articulated. So small number of commands was easy to keep in mind during interactions between people. And the harmony between people was easy to maintain. Now, these people have more than 600 rules. Guess disharmony between people...

HARMONY(8) - INCLUSIVITY - Community Involvement and Representation need to be discussed. Not all nations would be inclined to adopt the same form here... This might seem like idealistic utopia, but it does have scientific support. So, let's treat this as an aspiration...

HARMONY(7) - TRANSPARENCY - Open Communication. Rules to be clearly communicated and the rationale behind them explained to the public. Accountability. Mechanisms for holding individuals and institutions accountable for rule violations. Lawyers could here sing their swan song...

HARMONY(6) - FAIRNESS - Equity. Rules need to be fair and applicable to all members of society equally. Just enforcement. Fair procedures for enforcing rules and resolving disputes. This probably needs feedback from representatives of all corners of society. Needs discussion...

HARMONY(5) - RELEVANCE - Contextual Applicability. Rules should be relevant to the current social, cultural, and economic context. Adaptability. Periodically review and update to keep rules relevant and effective. This should be an iterative process until coherency of all rules is established...

HARMONY(3) - SYMPLIFY - Simplicity & Clarity are the first step. Rules need to be simple and unambiguous. This will enable everyone to understand enough to reduce the need for lawyers. They are likely to object, but societal harmony is much more important...

HARMONY(2) The same people, now have more than 600 rules. That's because rabis (like todays lawyers) need to justify their existence (better pay). So, they complicate, just like lawyers today. While we cannot reduce complexity of our societies to 10 only - we could SYMPLIFY them...
