Another alternative is to go to Core from January through to April and potentially look at using our Instant Bill solution if the September services are a one time invoice. If you are on monthly, you can upgrade and downgrade as needed throughout the year.

Hi @capgainsadv.bsky.social! In this scenario, your client would be considered active from January to September so the $7 charge would apply those 9 months. But if you had 60 clients, the Core plan would make more sense as it allows up to 50 and only $5/client over that.

4. When a service becomes 'inactive'. Each agreed service can be managed individually depending on the needs of the relationship. You can terminate a particular service or end all active services w/ a client at any stage, effectively disengaging them for any ongoing billable work through Ignition.

3. You aren't required to use Ignition payments (although highly encouraged)! Active clients have active services that you are either invoicing them for through a connected ledger and or collecting payments (billing is also optional, engagement letter signing also operates standalone)
