After I die may my atoms roam free, To see all the things that I couldn't see, To be with whom I always wanted to be. #okubade

Adding to this, as info for people who are fresh into the hobby, watch out for reseller sites! They buy doujinshi from the artists and resell them for inflated prices (not disclosing it ofc) even though artists specifically prohibit it. I use Toranoana too and recommend it.

LRP I’ve heard this before - please be considerate and do not sell doujinshi to stores like Surugaya and especially not online. Please be considerate of the artist and recycle it. This is to protect the artist from potential legal issues with IP and R18 content.

My first NOT-okubade fic ever. (shock) Anyways, I'll do some advertising since tomobade is not even a ship tag. ^^ (aka it's sentenced to death) archiveofourown.org/works/926132...

Badeni's imitation had to be addressed! 🤭 (text available in ALT) #orb #okubade オクバデ

Badeni: "There's a tall man with his hair tied like this..."
Badeni: "He gives you bread..."
Beggar: "Are you sure about that?"

They make devices nowadays so that people keep mass-buying the newest shit, so it's in their interest that people dispose of the old stuff. 🥲 (I feel a bit hypocrite bc I also draw on iPad)

(quick backstory I started the image on the left after I drew my ocbd pool scene fanart. I liked how Badeni's face turned out so much that I wanted to re-draw it as close-up, then I abandoned it for a good amount of months, and now I finished it. That's why the styles might differ between the two)

Hmm, now that I think about it. When I worked with customers I would feel glad if I were wished that, and not awkward at all. :)

010

Ignis Divine @ignis-divine.bsky.social · 14/06/2026

Is there something wrong about that? Maybe it's a cultural thing. Here customers tell that to the personnel a lot. I get some employers who will barely greet me but I'll still thank them and wish them a nice day instead of just barging out of the store.
