That's a shame. I can only imagine the greased lightning that would get the preprinted stuff to your door, I went to them with a half finished sheet of recreations from a NLA Forgeworld sheet and after some corrections of my terrible concoction, I had it in a few days and on units a few days later

If you think I can answer any curiosities, fire away. The greens are all the same thing, glow in the dark powder. The marines, it's mixed with water effect, the other two are just clear medium and layering to build it up. The pink is Vallejo flourescent pink I bought for a Jinx model I painted

If you have the 3d model the crude way to do it would be to throw it at something like Microsoft build and use the generic shapes to 'subtract' those from the main model. A sphere for the divot and depth, some rotated squares to get some angled cuts that make it look fractured and cracked

To be fair, that phone wasn't prepared to be a bitesize chunk that chopsticks would be suitable for, so. Knife and fork is the only logical option, short of sending it back to the chef. This is definitely not an excuse for being incapable of wielding chopsticks.
