“Beside the Ocean”, 8X10”, Oil on Canvas Panel SOLD My first ever en plein air! This was so fun to create

An oil painting on a square canvas shows a quiet souther California shoreline with a single palm tree in the foreground, calm water across the middle, low marshy land in the distance, and a pale blue sky with soft clouds..

Colored pencil on toned paper, 12X18” Been awhile since I’ve drawn like this. Fun to revisit

A colored pencil drawing on warm-toned paper of a nude male figure posed with one leg raised and bent, the other grounded. The figure looks off to the side, with one hand resting on the raised thigh and the other hanging relaxed. Subtle red and white tones model the musculature across the chest, abdomen, and limbs. The genitals are rendered naturally and proportionally within the composition. The background is minimal, allowing the figure’s form and posture to dominate.

“Lowered Guard”, 11X14”, charcoal and ink on paper, drawn from life Been awhile since I posted any art, but I promise I’m still creating. I’m sure I’m not the only one struggling to find my creative way with all that’s happening. My art helps remind me that I love mankind - and love will win.

“Bacchus on my Back Porch/Rosé no. 2”, 16X20”, Oil on Linen I’ve finished my third oil painting and I’m so pleased to share it with you all! I’m in love with this medium and can’t wait to work on more. #ArtOfMan #MaleNude #FigurativePainting #QueerArt #BackView #ClassicalBody #Bacchus #RoséAllDay

A framed figurative oil painting depicting a nude adult Bacchus seen from behind, standing on a terrace overlooking a lush vineyard landscape. The figure’s weight rests on one leg, emphasizing the curve of the hips, thighs, and calves, with the spine subtly twisting as he looks back over his shoulder. He holds a stemmed glass in one hand, suggesting wine, while grapevines and greenery weave through the foreground and middle distance. The genitals are not visible from this angle, but the full nudity is evident through the naturalistic rendering of the body’s form and posture. Brushwork is expressive and painterly, balancing warm flesh tones against cool greens and blues, creating a mood of leisure, sensual calm, and contemplative stillness.

“Tyler’s Weigh-In”, 11X14”, Charcoal and Ink on Paper A buddy of mine and I are doing a fitness challenge and the progress pics are the best part. For me anyway, since he’s so far ahead 😆 #ArtOfMan #MaleFigure #FigurativeDrawing #AnatomyStudy #QueerArt #NudeFigure #FigureSketch

A charcoal and ink figure drawing on a spiral-bound sketchpad depicting a nude adult male standing frontally. The figure is rendered with careful anatomical observation, including defined shoulders, chest, abdomen, and legs. Body hair is indicated across the chest, torso, and pubic area, with the genitals fully visible and drawn matter-of-factly as part of the study. The face is detailed and calm, with short hair and facial hair, while the body is more loosely modeled with expressive line work. The overall mood is direct, observational, and quietly intimate, emphasizing structure, proportion, and presence rather than idealization.

Painted this for the the gay soccer team’s white elephant gift exchange last night. Thought every gay soccer player would want to find this in their stocking! “Shiny Balls”, 10X14” Watercolor in Arches paper #ArtOfMan #MaleNude #MaleFigurePainting #QueerArt #GayArtist #AthleticMale #GayArt #Nude

Framed monochromatic blue painting of a nude male figure standing in contrapposto, holding a soccer ball tucked against his hip. His musculature is rendered with loose, confident brushwork, emphasizing the chest, abdomen, and thighs. His penis hangs naturally at rest, integrated into the composition without exaggeration. A cool blue shadow falls along the right side of his body, giving the figure a calm, statuesque presence.

I did a little sketch for my r/gay bros secret santa recipient. I saw a comment on his profile saying that guys wearing their ballcaps backwards drive him wild. I hope the drawing does too. “Backwards Ballcap”, 8X11”, colored pencil on paper #ArtOfMan #MaleFigureStudy #QueerArt #GayArtist #GayArt

Drawing of a nude male figure seated on the ground with his back to the viewer. He leans slightly forward on his hands, highlighting the strong muscles of his shoulders, back, and arms. His hips tilt toward the viewer, emphasizing the rounded curves of his buttocks and the tension in his pose. He wears a backwards cap, adding a playful, casual energy.

Looking away from something or towards something? Let me know.

A charcoal drawing of an adult nude male figure seen from behind. He is kneeling on one leg with the other bent forward, creating a twist through the torso and visible definition along the spine and back muscles. His buttocks and the back of the thighs are fully visible, drawn with soft shading. The head is turned slightly away from the viewer, and the pose has a relaxed, contemplative quality.

“PDT”, 8X8”, colored pencil on toned paper I do love a bulge in white undies and the lat time I did one of these it was well-liked. Maybe I should just keep doing these? #ArtOfMan #malefigure #maleform #underwearstudy #queerart #sensualart #figurestudy #malebody #intimateart #contemporarydrawing

A close-up colored pencil drawing of a male torso wearing light briefs, rendered on toned paper. The artist highlights subtle shifts of skin tone, soft fabric folds, and the intimate tension between concealment and exposure.

“Suck it in/Self Portrait“ Is an artist even an artist if he’s not vain enough to do self-portraits from time to time? #ArtOfMan #MaleNude #FigureDrawing #SelfPortrait #CharcoalArt #QueerArtist #BodyStudy #ContemporaryFigurativeArt #FineArtDrawing #NudeArt #StudioWork #ArtCollectors

Charcoal self-portrait of a nude male standing in partial light. The artist captures himself with unflinching realism, the pose open and direct. Strong shadows define the torso and limbs, while the naturalistic rendering of the full figure emphasizes honesty and presence.

“Bookworm”; 23” x 22” ; Oil on Panel My second oil painting! My husky, Timber, chews up my books when we are gone, so the one small bookcase that stays out, gets flipped it to the wall when we leave the house. I painted this piece to make the bookcase’s “safe mode” a little easier on the eyes.

“Ritual in Blue” Work has been crazy lately, so I haven’t had much time for my art, but I managed to complete this in time for @doableguys.bsky.social art show this weekend in Fire Island! #ArtOfMan #FigureDrawing #HomoeroticArt #MaleNude #QueerArt #ContemporaryFigurative #WatercolorArt #NSFWArt

Watercolor painting of two nude men. One man stands over the other in an arched pose, his body rendered in cool blue tones, offering his erect penis to the mouth of the reclining figure below. The composition evokes sensual intimacy and playful reverence.

I went to DC Pride this weekend and I met this amazing artist who gave me a penis sticker! @idgz.bsky.social Seriously, I love his art style of the male human figure, romantic, erotic, and traditionally hand drawn! I love it! #art #nudeart #nudeposing #malenude #gayart

Two hand drawn pictures:
Left: a man sitting in a chair, arm draped over the back part, and his other hand caressing his genitals.
Right: two good looking guys leaning into each other for a kiss, one laying on his back, the other guy on all fours, both sexually excited to be in each other's presence.

I'm sitting on a chair, holding both drawings in my hand, wearing my rainbow speedos because it's Pride Month.

Holding one of the drawings while sitting on my knees, partially draped in my pride flags

Holding the other drawing, holding toward the camera, also partially draped in my pride flag.

“Faun by the water” acrylic on canvas A year or two ago, @kynly-photo.bsky.social posted this beautiful self-portrait and I knew that I wanted to try to capture the sunlight bathing his beautiful body as a painting exercise. It evokes all sorts of classical themes that I love

Acrylic painting of a nude young man perched on a log over a pond, bathed in dappled sunlight. His body is turned inward, one hand on the log, the other resting on a bent knee, with his gaze cast downward. The setting is lush, green, and shadowy—evoking both intimacy and myth.
