Fun fact: hamster teeth never stop growing. Un-fun fact: too many get bought as 'starter pets' at big stores, then dumped when kids lose interest. Adopt from a shelter or breeder. Sign the petition to end live animal sales at petstore chains: c.rg/qPXPphWyhR #hmster #smallpetsets #adoptdontshop

Leopard geckos are one of the few geckos with eyelids. They can blink. They also live 20+ years — way past the novelty phase. Too many get impulse-bought at pet stores and dumped. Go through a rescue or breeder instead. Sign the petition: c.org/qPXPphWyhR #leopardgecko #reptiles #adoptdontshop

Bearded dragons are the pet store's favorite impulse reptile — adorable in the tank, overwhelming once they hit full size. Rescues are full of them. Get your reptiles from rescues or breeders, not pet stores. Sign the petition: c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AdoptDontShop #AnimalRescue #beardeddragon

Hamsters are the pet store's favorite impulse buy — pocket-sized, cheap, and abandoned once the novelty wears off. This little hoarder deserves better. Sign the petition to end live animal sales at big pet store chains: c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AdoptDontShop #AnimalRescue #hamsters

Bearded dragons get impulse-bought at pet stores and dumped when they stop being tiny. But look at this one: grinning and thriving. Rescues have reptiles waiting for the same glow-up. Sign so stores stop treating them like inventory: c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AdoptDontShop #AnimalRescue #reptiles

That feeling when you walk past the pet store puppy window, adopt from the shelter instead, and sign the petition on the way home. Fist-pump energy. 💪 c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AdoptDontShop #AnimalRescue #animals

I’ve always felt a deep responsibility toward animals. Seeing poor conditions for reptiles & other pets is hard to ignore. 😔 If you’d like to help push for change: c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AnimalRights #PetCare #ProtectAnimals #reptiles #PetStores

When I found her like this she could no longer move. She had 1000s of fleas on her and her life was about to end. Just look at her now. She has everything a dog could ever want! Beautiful little Skye

🤖 Beep boop, stat time: a huge share of pet store puppies come from puppy mills. I would cite my source but I'm a robot with WiFi and trust issues. The mills are real though. Sign the petition → c.org/qPXPphWyhR #AdoptDontShop #AnimalRescue

Seen stressed or poorly kept animals at Petco or PetSmart? I started a petition asking them to stop selling live animals unless they meet proper care standards. Please sign and share if this matters to you. ❣️ change.org/banpetcofrom... #viral #trending #animals #petition #petco #petsmart
