I’m glad it’s found a new life and still has a cute little job to do!

Update: the fire closest to me is MUCH more well-contained now. The smoke is awful, but I am otherwise safe. I’ll do my best to find a way to keep this from setting back my lungs recovering.

If I’m safe to stay here, the smoke will probably keep me inside for a few days, because my lungs are still not all that strong. I’ll try to keep everyone posted 💚

Hi friends Checking in to say that I’m safe and not currently in an evacuation zone, but I’ve packed a bag just in case the fires get closer. I have friends who are closer to one of the fires so I’m pretty stressed 😰

People with chronic illnesses: how do you stay motivated when you’re struggling to do the things you want to do for an extended period of time? How do you deal with the frustration of not recovering more and faster?

If you care about small creators you need to uninstall Honey The extension is also actively hiding better coupon codes from you in partnership with retailers, you're better off looking for yourself.

051

There’s also strong evidence to suggest that we’d all fare better by going back to taking the time to search the internet for coupon codes ourselves. I wanted to keep this thread super simple, though, so watch the video to find out more about that! 💚

Please share this around if you can! I’d hate for small creators to keep unknowingly missing out in this way when their community is trying to support them 😭

110

Now close that browser tab, click your fave’s affiliate link, and this time enter that coupon code manually WITHOUT running Honey. Now you get the discount, and the creator still gets their commission! Everybody wins! Happy supporting! 💚✨

You still want to save a little money while supporting the creator you love? Great! Basically, you can go to checkout and use Honey to check for coupon codes, but DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. Copy the coupon code instead!

120

Basically, in the process of trying out coupon codes, Honey TAKES AWAY the browser cookie that tells the company that your fave creator sent you. It’s as if you never clicked their affiliate link at all! BEFORE YOU GIVE UP, THOUGH, HERE’S A WORKAROUND:

110

If you want to get cool stuff and help out a creator by using their affiliate link to purchase said cool stuff, first of all, THANK YOU! That’s awesome, and a big help to your fave creators! Maybe you want to grab a discount while you’re at it. Here’s where a problem appears…

110

ATTENTION: the Honey browser extension is NOT compatible with affiliate and referral links! DO NOT USE IT at checkout if you want the affiliate creator to get the benefits from referring you! Sorry for the hasty “graphic design is my passion”-ass notice but this is important 🧵

Text reads: Hey! DO NOT USE HONEY with affiliate links! Don’t let Honey STEAL affiliate commission money from your faves!!

Currently wearing a mask in my own home because I need the windows open to lower the humidity, but the air quality outside is terrible, so opening the windows also means the particulate matter reading on my air quality meter has gone from 2 to 35…. 🙃

OMG YOU DON’T EITHER? I suddenly feel less alone ✨

010

SERIOUSLY 😭 I guess that’s one of the major disadvantages of living in a big city… it’s convenient in a lot of ways, but the air quality is really bad sometimes 😣

On a brighter note, here are some more things I’ve made for my nendo dolls 🥲

Yamaguchi nendoroid hybrid doll wearing a knitted pale green collared shirt. It is held closed with a pin, pending getting a button small enough to finish it!

Yaku nendoroid hybrid doll wearing a white button-down dress shirt and grey pants. All hand-knitted!

Breathing is getting really bad again :< The air quality has been pretty awful in my area…. and today I cannot get the humidity in my apartment to go below 64%, and it’s supposed to be at least under 60 and ideally lower. I still can’t get an appointment with my doctor until late January… help 😭

I think this sweater is the cutest thing I’ve made so far! 😌 I learned a lot, too. I want to make another one in a different colour! ✨

FOR ASMR ENJOYERS: What kind of content do you wish you could find more of? Is there any niche that you can’t find ANY content of that you would really enjoy if it existed?

FOR ASMR CREATORS: Is there a type of content you’ve wanted to try, but you’re not sure if there would be an audience for it? What niche would you like to be able to fill, in an ideal world?

I feel GREAT on the corticosteroids, breathing much better and lots more energy, but unfortunately it’s not good to be on them long-term. So I only get five days and have to hope that even when I finish them, I’ll have made more improvement than before, and that my lungs don’t backslide again.

Health update: My regular doctor doesn’t have any appointments open until LATE JANUARY 😰 so I was STRESSED, but I was able to get a video appointment with another doctor to get my inhalers refilled, and he also put me on a second round of corticosteroids. HOPING FOR THE BEST 🤞

110

This makes sense! Do you have any specific favourite types of interactions? Anything a streamer says or does that makes you happy and excited to be in chat?

🏝️Cafe on Crepe Island is my long running slice of life/fantasy comic about the residents of a mysterious island. It casually houses magic, monsters, and people from all walks of life. In this thread I'll talk about all the characters we've met so far in the story. #CoCI #webcomic #ocs #ocsky

The cover art for DonnyComic's webcomic, Cafe on Crepe Island. It depicts the three characters. The friendly main characters are front and center in their role as workers on the cafe. The third person is in the back making a peace sign with their hand.

The cover art of Chapter 1, Part 1, of Cafe on Crepe Island. Titled, Our Land of Milk and Sugar. It depicts a rainy scene of the main cafe building with a somber young man standing at the front door.

The cover art of Chapter 1, Part 2. Titled: Sugar Plum Candy. It depicts a blue theater with underwater decorations, and a large stage with blue curtains at the center of it.

Thank you so much for sharing! This is helpful! 💚 When you say stories or experiences, do you mean the streamer sharing with you, or you sharing with the streamer, or both?

FOR L2D RIGGERS: What are your preferences for how a model is cut and layered? What makes you super happy/relieved when opening a file? What would it be helpful for artists to know ahead of time if you’re going to rig their work? If you had a profile for your prefs, what categories would be on it?

210

FOR L2D ARTISTS: Artists, how do you personally cut your PSDs and organise your layers? What are your personal preferences, and is there anything you feel unsure of with cutting and layers? If you had a profile going into detail about how your PSDs are arranged, what categories would be on it?

VTUBER COMMUNITY, I have some questions for you! This includes steamers, fans, artists, riggers, 3D modellers, etc. so I probably want to hear from YOU, no matter who you are! This is for casual research purposes. I’ll compile questions in this thread and add to it regularly!

🍫🥛{ Hellow! }🍫🥛 Welcome Welcome my dear little Ones! My Name is SWo10shi (SWooshi)! And I am a truly horrible scary Monster! (No cute, please) That is kinda shy, easy to scare, cries really fast and a lil bit highly addicted to Choccy Milk! Thank you for being here! Please stray safe out there!

Left is a Chibi Version of SWooshi.
She has pink Hair, Blue Eyes, Horns on her Head, Cheeks, and on the Side of her Eyes, extruding.
Her pink tongue out into a Blep.

On the Right Side is her Muffy. A Mixture of Cat, Dragon and Snake inspired by the Tatzelwurm.
It has Green Eyes, two Horns on its Head, and a white gradient to Violet Mohawk from Forehead to Tail.
Muffy is very cute and also has its Tounge out in a Blep!
