Watch_Dogs was the best Cops and Robbers game. I remember the mode where you can tail and hack people. I would get seen on purpose so the other player would chase me. I remember fleeing and diving out of a car over a ramp and the chaser was just confused looking for me with my empty car out there.

Fallout should make a spin off that takes place in Soviet Russia during 3 or New Vegas timeline. Idk, it feels right to have the Fallout world taking place in communist Russia. Plus I wanna see a snowy fallout world.
