I've never opened up my PS3 slim, original tiny hard drive. Is there dust in there? Possibly, but keep in a well ventilated space and most devices are going to be okay. #GamingConfession

Trying out The First Berserker Khazan demo, it's pretty fun! Definitely wants me to block/parry over dodging, but not excessively.

Hell yeah, Dragon Quest representing! Now granted, I didn't play Switch as much as I wanted to, but any game that has me taking the handheld to bed to play before sleeping is a winner in my book. #DragonQuest

Deleted longer post in favor of this: Every game is different in how fast travel systems work, and I think that's great. Not every game NEEDS fast travel freely available. It makes it faster for us to play/complete, but sacrifices some of a developer's vision to do so, possibly. #Dragon'sDogma

inFAMOUS: Second Son is fun. It remains on my "Need to replay" list, which only ever grows. And maybe I'll even finish the trophies whenever I get back to it. It's been years #infamous #PlayStation

I still maintain that one of the best parts of all of Sly 3 is the pirate level, ship combat. It's simple, yet satisfying. #SlyCooper

Now that I found my older screenshots.. Kingdom Hearts! I love this series. It's corny, but I love it. I have many memories of just replaying the game purely for the music, which is why I acquired as many of the soundtracks as possible. (That's a whole different thread.) #KingdomHearts

Hope everyone is doing great. Make sure to take some time to do what you like, be that playing games, watching something, reading, music, whatever you want. I've been rewatching Burn Notice and playing handheld games. Appreciate you all.

I just love knocking enemies off cliffs and ledges in any game, this was particularly funny. I'll miss playing warrior whenever I get around to my next playthrough, but rogue and mage seem really fun! #DragonAge #DragonAgeTheVeilguard

Sly 3 going great! Definitely making heavy use of the Rewind feature, for when things get... weird. (And trophies, okay?) Sly 2 Platinum for PS5 earned, will do the PS4 later when I'm feeling a revist, same with Sly 3 PS4. Feels backwards to do 5 then 4, but it's fine. #SlyCooper

PlayStation 2024 wrap-up (3 weeks too early): Fairly consistent compared to previous years. Diablo 4 has a big hold on me, otherwise RPGs pretty much. I'm super happy that Dragon's Dogma 2 is that high on my list, despite everything I love that game so much. #PlayStation #Dragon'sDogma

All in all, 2024 was a pretty great year for character creators. Capcom coming in on top with Dragon's Dogma 2 and the beta for Monster Hunter Wilds, Bioware with Dragon Age The Veilguard. I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones that stood out to me.

I like games, I am also constantly stuck with decision paralysis about what to play/what to play next/what to replay. The moment I think I made a decision, I remember another game, as if it's staring at me through a window saying "soon"

Just going to join the many people speaking out about The Game Awards Player's Choice final five. It's... a bit ridiculous, I mean, not even Astrobot? Hell, it didn't even make it to the final 10, which is absurd. One gacha I get, but three is... oof.

I know it's been a few days, but still. Why they gotta be like that? Logically speaking, this could be a 'thanks for the enthusiasm', or just them winking at us knowingly, or they're just trolls. Any way I look at it, it's kinda mean. #Bloodborne #PlayStation
