A side event organized by the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), Committee for Justice (CFJ), Libya Crimes Watch (LCW), and Intersection Association for Rights and Freedoms (IARF) to bring together voices from across North Africa to discuss the challenges facing human rights defenders (HRDs) in Egypt, Libya and Tunisia today. The event will provide insights into the approaches taken to protect HRDs across the region, with analysis of the latest ACHPR country reviews of Egypt and Tunisia.
